Dr Omer Elhassan

Omer is a qualified doctor working in the NHS and the founder of Strata Tuition. Born and raised in Nottingham, he credits much of his success to the teachers and mentors who guided him through school and medical training. A passionate educator and mentor, Omer has been teaching and supporting young people for over a decade — from classroom volunteering to public speaking coaching. Strata Tuition is his way of giving back, helping students not only succeed academically but grow into confident, capable young adults.

Dr Mashuda Khandokar

Mashuda is a medical doctor and experienced tutor with a long-standing commitment to education and youth development. Alongside her clinical work, she has mentored students preparing for exams and university, and helped young people build the skills and mindset they need to thrive. She brings compassion, organisation and strategic vision to Strata Tuition — helping shape a centre where every child feels supported, motivated and seen.
